
The gas entrained solid particles enter into cyclone from the tangential inlet of upper part of cyclone along the wall to bottom with high speed rotation, and becomes the inner upper cyclonic flow by turning back after reaching the bottom, discharging from the exhaust port of cyclone separator.
Due to the action of centrifugal force, dust particles entrained by gas flow increasingly go towards the lower cavity of cyclone separator in the process of rotation with gas flow, and move down with their own weight, so as to discharge from the outlet of bottom of cyclone separator; the gas not containing solid particles with small centrifugal force discharges from the top of the cyclone.

The cyclone separator has horizontal and vertical installation. The vertical degree of equipment main axis for horizontal installation is less than 5/1000, and vertical degree of that less than 3/1000.
The equipment is connected with flange, and equipped with the venting valve, safety valve, pressure gauge and drain valve.
Primary separation of natural gas and coal-bed gas; removal of desiccant particles from lower drying bed; removal of catalyst fines of lower catalyst bed; for metering and regulating stations.
